is a minor security release. The
Wikka Dev Team has recently decided to parcel out this release from the main development line to address a number of security issues. These include a
native PHP bug (i.e. not a Wikka bug) affecting
any PHP application running on
PHP<5.2, that was brilliantly patched thanks to the joint efforts of the Wikka and
GeSHi developer teams.

this page.
Wikka users are strongly recommended to upgrade to 1.1.6.3, once the stable release is out. Testers for release candidates are welcome. Bugs and issues should be reported via the
Wikka tracker using
1.1.6.3-rc1 as version number.
