Wikka Dev Team has recently decided to parcel out this release from the main development line of
1.1.7 to address a number of security issues. These include a
native PHP bug (i.e. not a Wikka bug) affecting virtually
any PHP application running on
PHP<5.2, that was brilliantly patched thanks to the joint efforts of the Wikka and
GeSHi developer teams.
The list of potential security issues addressed in 1.1.6.3 is available on
this page. Wikka users are strongly recommended to upgrade to 1.1.6.3.

upgrade or
install a fresh package.
