Hides the commentform on the page.

This action does not accept parameters.

==Long description==
Putting this action on a page hides the comments-form, which can be seen at the end of every page. Therefore it is not possible to add comments to the page. Existing comments are not deleted, they will show up again when the nocomments action is removed.
